To enable us to provide a professional service to all of our clients, please be aware of the following points:

Appointments

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated. Likewise The Sheridan Spa will endeavour to run on time to the best of our ability.

Children

For the comfort and convenience of other clients wishing to relax, we request that you do not bring children into The Sheridan Spa during treatment.

Mobile Phones

Please switch you mobile phone on to silent to prevent disturbing other clients and distracting your therapist.

Male Grooming

Most treatments are available for men. Please bring suitable shorts for body treatments.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your appointment we request a minimum of 24hrs notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available in monetary amounts or by treatment name. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The voucher is valid against treatments and must be produced on the day of treatment as proof of purchase. Treatment Courses Treatment courses must be completed within a 6 month period.

Valuables

We would hate you to lose an item of sentiment or high value in the salon; we therefore recommend that you leave these at home. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damage to personal items.

Smoking

The Sheridan Spa is a smoke free zone.

Dissatisfied?

We do hope that you are not dissatisfied with your treatment. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy we would like to make amends. Please advise the receptionist or your therapist before you leave and we will endeavour to make this right before you leave the salon. We welcome all feedback as it helps us to improve our service to you
